Downham Peak

Downham Peak (64°17′S 58°54′W / 64.283°S 58.9°W / -64.283; -58.9) is a rock pyramid at the south side of the mouth of Sjogren Glacier, Trinity Peninsula. Mapped from surveys by Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) (1960–61). Named by United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) for Noel Y. Downham; FIDS meteorological assistant at Hope Bay, who assisted in the triangulation of this area in 1961.
