Dova Haw Islet (Barrow in Furness)

Dova Haw Islet (also known as Crab Island) is a small islet that is one of the islands of Furness and is only accessible by boat. It is a very small island .28 miles from Barrow Island and .61 miles from Walney Island. It has very little history since 1800. It is said to have been used to keep pirate rum bottles hidden from other pirates in the 17th century.
