Domenico Gattilusio, Lord of Lesbos (died 1458) was the fifth ruler of an independent Lesbos from 1455 to 1458.
He was a son of Dorino of Lesbos and Orietta Doria. He succeeded his father and reigned in the island for three years.
He married Maria Giustiniani-Longo. They had no known children.
He was deposed by his younger brother Niccolò of Lesbos. His brother had him imprisoned and ordered his execution by the garrote.
