Disenhancer

Disenhancer

Disenhancers function by inhibition of enhancer activity such as that found by class II HDACs and PP2alpha phosphatases. Disenhancers were first discovered by researchers at the University of Utah Experimental Biophysical Chemistry Chilled Fusion Symposium (UUEBCs). Novel disenhancers have been historically found through extronic analyses of splicochromatic fractionizations in crude cellular extracts.
