Diana Juliette Mina Toccora from the northern Guajira department is a Colombian model who competed in the Miss Colombia 2010 pageant where she represented the capital district of Bogota. She is the first Black woman to represent Bogota in Miss Colombia. On the final night of the contest she obtained the title of forth runner up (third princess) giving her a chance to compete at the Reina Hispanoamericana 2011 which was eventually won by Venezuelan Caroline Medina.
