Dhaperhat

Dhaperhat is a union porisad under Shadullapur Upazalla under Gaibandha District of Bangladesh. This place is specially well known as a big commercial hat. This hat occurs every Monday and Thursday in a week. Firmars sell their domestic products (i.e. vegetables, fruits) in this hat from different villages. The middlemen directly send those vegetables and fruits to Kawranbazar of Dhaka for wholesale. Approximately 2000 people live at Dhaperhat. There is a sub police station and a small government medical sub center for local people.
