Dervo Sejdić

Dervo Sejdić is a prominent Bosnian Roma and member of the member of Bosnia's Roma Council.

He and Jacob Finci, a prominent Bosnian Jew and Bosnia's ambassador to Switzerland. have launched an appeal to the European Court of Human Rights on the basis that Bosnia's Constitution violates the European Convention on Human Rights. A judgement was handed down in their favour in September 2009.^[1] See Sejdić and Finci v. Bosnia and Herzegovina.
