Derek Rundell, 37, born and raised in Birmingham, Michigan, is an American Entrepreneur and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RONNOC LLC, a company specializing in the development, strategic planning, and on-going operations of high-growth companies in the media/marketing, entertainment and technology industries. RONNOC’s main portfolio companies include RONNOC/Entertainment, RONNOC/Consulting, and RONNOC/Auto.

In addition, Rundell is Co-Founder of Rundell, Coursey & Company, a holding company that is involved in the incubation, development, and strategic planning of various entities in the financial, media, entertainment and technology industries, as well as providing strategic consulting and operational services for select ventures and individuals.

“RONNOC/Auto” (“R/A”) owns and operates auto dealerships dedicated to providing dependable vehicles to credit challenged customers in a friendly and professional environment. Currently, R/A is rolling out its AllSet Auto branded stores, into several states.

Mandrill Films

Mandrill Films was founded by Chilean born actor Marko Zaror, Chilean born director Ernesto Diaz, and U.S. entrepreneur, Derek Rundell.

The company quickly found success utilizing Marko’s martial arts skills and acting experience, Diaz’s extraordinary writing and directing, and Rundell’s entrepreneurial experience. They believe the foundation for their success comes from their ability to see film and entertainment from a new and inspiring angle.

Their most recent production, KILTRO opened to rave reviews in Chile where it was one of the year’s top-grossing Chilean movies. KILTRO also received nominations for Best Special EFX, Best Make Up, and Best Costumes in The Pedro Siena Awards. Ernesto Diaz was awarded the 2006 Most Influential Director with Best Director of 2006 and Best Screen Writer from Chile’s largest daily newspaper which also awarded KILTRO with four out of five stars.

In 2009, filming began on the company's latest project, MANDRILL.

The Company’s web site platform will offer the opportunity to search and apply for internships, research career options, access mentoring programs, develop certified skills and resumes, and other relevant services. Similarly, Intern Inc. will provide companies, schools, entrepreneurs, government agencies, and non-profits with efficient Outsourced Intern Management and Outsourced Job Placement/Recruiting services.

Coursey & Company (“RCC”) is a holding company that is involved in the incubation, development, and strategic planning of high-growth companies in the financial, media, entertainment and technology industries, as well as providing strategic consulting and operational services for select ventures and individuals.

Select investments include AllSet Auto, SmartMove Auto, Compass Entertainment, among others.

Education

Rundell received a B.S. in Marketing in 1993 from the University of Colorado Business School at Boulder. In 1997, he was awarded a Juris Doctorate from the California Western School of Law where he concentrated on Telecommunications Law and received the American Jurisprudence Award and the Telecommunications Center Scholarship. While completing his accelerated law degree program, Rundell clerked for the San Diego District Attorney’s Office in the Bureau of Child Support Enforcement.
