He was first the bassist of the band Twisted Method,[1] which disbanded after the band's guitarist and founder, Andrew Howard, died. Later on, DeSantis and the vocalist to Twisted Method, Tripp Tribbett, met with the vocalist and lead guitarist to the band Dope, Edsel Dope (vocalist) and Virus (guitarist), and created the band MakeShift Romeo.[2] After MakeShift Romeo, Tripp Tribbett went with Edsel Dope and Virus to become a member of Dope. After meeting with John Sheldon and Keith Finnell and became a member of the band EkoTren, DeSantis continues to play on his bass guitar and jam out for fans.
