Kilicli has come to WVU as a highly touted recruit with much acclaim. Kilicli is considered by many to be the next great power forward to come from Turkey. “He is more skilled than Kevin Love,” the Bruins assistant has gone on record to say. “They’re different type players, but he is more skilled than Kevin.” After missing the first 20 games of the season because of a suspension delivered by NCAA, Kılıçlı made his Mountaineers debut in February 2010, and was an instant sensation.[1]
