- Denes Friedmann

Denes Friedmann (1903-1944[1]) was an Hungarian writer and Chief Rabbi in Újpest (Newpest), Hungary.[2][3]
He was co-editor of Magyar Zsido Szemle.[4]
The Nazis killed Friedmann's son in his presence after which he was deported to the Auschwitz concentration camp where he was killed.[1][3]
