Deependra Singh Shekhawat

Deependra Singh Shekhawat is a senior congress leader in the Rajasthan and present Speaker of Rajasthan Legislative Assembly since 2 January 2009.

He born on 20 June 1951 in Jodhpur to Shri Bharat Singh Shekhawat. He is MLA from Srimadhopur (Sikar). He had been member of 7th, 10th and 11th Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. He was the state minister with independent charge during 1998-2003, in Ashok Gehlot's Government.
