It was one of the earliest [3] companies in India to adopt Free Software as a business model [4]. They were featured in the August 2009 issue of the Linux For You magazine.
They have provided free / commercial support and associated services to hundreds of organisations (IT companies, corporates, non-profits, garments exporters, manufacturers, service providers and educational and government institutions in enhancing their productivity and reducing TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) when it comes to IT infrastructure Services.
Apart from a thriving a free software business, it also hosts and sponsors [5][6] free software events in India.
Their most prominent product till date has been the deepOfix mail server. It is a Debian based GNU/Linux distribution which specialises in mail server solutions. Other products include BeatRoot CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Lamtakpa, which is a contact manager.
