Davis Nunataks

Davis Nunataks (85°37′S 166°36′E / 85.617°S 166.6°E / -85.617; 166.6) is a small cluster of rock nunataks 3 nautical miles (6 km) northwest of Mount Ward, the feature being a southern outlier of the main body of the Dominion Range. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Ronald N. Davis, United States Antarctic Research Program (USARP) geomagnetist-seismologist at South Pole Station, winter 1963.
