David Lujan is a partner with The Foster Law Group [1] and is the former House Minority Leader in the Arizona House of Representatives. Lujan was first elected to the Arizona House of Representatives [2] in 2004, and served three terms representing District 15, which covers most of the central Phoenix area.[3] He was selected by the House Democratic Caucus to serve as its leader for the 49th Legislative Session. He has previously served as the Ranking Democrat on the House K-12 Education Committee, and he has also been a member of the House Appropriations Committee.
In 2010, Lujan was narrowly defeated in the Democratic Primary when he ran for the position of Attorney General in the Arizona 2010 election.[4]
