David J. Lewis was a Welsh professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s who at representative level played for Other Nationalities, and at club level for Oldham, playing at Wing, i.e. number 2 or 5.[1]

International honours

David Lewis won a cap, playing left-Wing for Other Nationalities in the 9-3 victory over England at Central Park, Wigan on 5 April 1904, in the first ever international rugby league match.[2][3]
