David Katylen (born 8 August 1989, São Paulo) is a Brazilian footballer who currently plays for ACSMU IASI as a striker. Katylen began his professional in 2004 playing at FC Politehnica Iasi. He made his debut on 18 May against Fcm Bacau and went on to score 11 goals in 20 games before sealing a transfer to Rapid Bucharest 2. His strong performances for Rapid Bucharest 2 meant that Katylen did not spend long playing in the Romanian capital. He scored 25 goals in 33 games in total, and on August 27, 2011, Katylen was sold to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
