David "Dai" Jenkins, Jr. was a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1930s and '40s who at club level played rugby union (RU) for Cardiff RFC, and at representative level has played rugby league (RL) for Great Britain, and Wales, and at club level for Leeds, playing at Scrum-half/Halfback, i.e. number 7.
