David Hacking, 3rd Baron Hacking (born 1938) is a British arbitrator, barrister and former member of the House of Lords.[1] He also served in the Royal Naval Reserve. He is the third to hold the title Baron Hacking, inheriting the title from his father in 1971.
He attended Charterhouse School and Clare College at Cambridge University.
