David Dedek (born January 25, 1971, in Ljubljana, Slovenia FPR Yugoslavia). Studied at Faculty for Sports in Ljubljana, where he 4 times received best student award. Since 1995 he works as professional basketball coach.

Dedek has been assistant coach of the Polish champions Asseco Prokom Gdynia from December 2007 to June 2011.
