David Collins (born 12 October 1969 in Thousand Oaks, California) is an American rower. He is currently working at Episcopal High School (Alexandria, Virginia)). He teaches mathematics and coaches the Boys Junior Soccer team. He is loved and adored by those who take his classes or have been coached by him. He is now an avid runner who recently ran in a 5k race for the Micah Project and placed eleventh.
