Dave Woods (born 10 March 1970) is a former rugby league footballer of the 1980s and '90s. He played for the Western Suburbs Magpies from 1988 to 1989, the Canberra Raiders 1990, 1992 and 1993, the Newcastle Knights in 1991 and finally the Gold Coast Chargers from 1994 to 1995.
Dave Woods is currently Head Coach at York City Knights securing promotion to the Co-Operative Championship in 2010 when they beat Oldham Roughyeds 25-6 in the Championship league one Play-Off Grand Final.
Not to be confused with another Dave Woods who played for Parramatta 1989-1997 and Penrith 1998-2001.
