David Burnham Hill (born November 11, 1937 in New Orleans, Louisiana) was a Major League Baseball pitcher.

Hill signed with the Kansas City Athletics in 1957 as a Bonus Baby, under the Bonus Rule. He debuted for the A's without playing in the minor leagues, appearing in only two games. He played in the minors from 1958 to 1961.
