He has Wrote and Directed the films Big Dreams Little Tokyo (2006), which premiered at the AFI Festival in Hollywood, California, and which he stars in as the character "Boyd", White on Rice (2009), (which screened at a variety of film festivals and which also won Screenplay Awards at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival)[1] and which also stars Hiroshi Watanabe, James Kyson Lee, and Lynn Chen, and most recently Surrogate Valentine (2011),[1] which stars Indie musician Goh Nakamura, Chadd Stoops, Lynn Chen, Mary Cavett, Joy Osmanski and Parry Shen, and which screened at a number of film festivals, including SXSW (South by Southwest Film Festval).[2][3][4]
