Overview
DataGuidance is an online database that brings together data protection and privacy legislation, official guidance and codes of practice globally. Published by Cecile Park Publishing, a legal publishing company with its headquarters in London, DataGuidance allows privacy professionals to research, explore and stay up to date with global data protection and privacy law.
Features
The DataGuidance Notes are written by legal professionals and provide information on how to comply. All Guidance Notes are written in English.
The At-a-glance Advisory section of DataGuidance has tables mapping out the legal requirements across various jurisdictions, on particular topics and notes on each country's laws - showing definitions, requirements and procedures.
DataGuidance includes global news and analysis on developments in data protection and privacy. The analysis is provided by DataGuidance's sister publication Data Protection Law & Policy.
DataGuidance uses Endeca online vertical navigation, which indexes and classifies all content under a number of keywords.
