Daruchini Dip also (Bengali: দারুচিনি দ্বীপ) is a Bangladeshi Bengali language film.[1] It was released in 2007 throughout Bangladesh. The film is based on the Bangladeshi novelist and film maker Humayun Ahmed’s popular novel of the same name.[2] It was directed: by most popular TV actor Toukir Ahmed.[3] Daruchini Dip stars Riaz, the award-winning Zakia Bari Momo,[4] Emon, Bindu, Abul Hayat, Asaduzzaman Noor, Mosharraf Karim, Abdullah al Mamun, and Fazlur Rahman Babu.

The film was appreciated by film critics and won the National Film Award of Bangladesh Best Film of the Year 2007 and was nominated in seven categories also won all are.[5] It also won Best Foreign Language Film at the 2010 Bali International Film Festival Awards in Indonesia.

Plot

A dreamy team of young boys and girls travels to an uncommon zone for a picnick. They comment one at a time respectively as- Sundarbon, Cox's Bazar, Saint Marten and many more in dream. But finally their decision is they are going to Daruchini Dip. 'Shuvro' has a big problem find by his father as eyes, because she use always optics material otherwise she sees pattern.[clarification needed] For this reason he may be he put out from the program. But finally the full team goes on a train with 'Shuvro'.
