Daniel Merlin Goodbrey is an English writer and online pioneer known for his work in webcomics and the British small press.

Biography

Goodbrey became well known as a contributor to Women in Refrigerators.

He is the inventor of the Tarquin engine,[1] a flash script for creating online webcomics. Understanding Comics creator Scott McCloud has used the Tarquin engine for the creation of some of his comics.[2] He is considered a webcomics pioneer.[3]

His recent works include Iron Man 2020 for Marvel Comics.[4]

Goodbrey currently lives in St Albans where he lectures at the local university.
