Daniel Ajayi-Adeniran Born Nigeria Church Redeemed Christian Church of God Ordained 1994 Congregations served Chapel of Restoration[1] Title Pastor Daniel Ajayi-Adeniran is a Pentecostal pastor from Nigeria.[2] At this time, he is in charge of expanding the African-based Redeemed Christian Church of God in North America.[3]
Although an educated man and a civil servant in Nigeria, he experienced a personal downfall from alcohol and other problems in 1989 and turned to the Redeemed Christian Church of God across the street from his home near Ibadan. In 1990, he converted to the Redeemed Christian Church and was ordained in 1994. He moved in the United States in 1995 because of the political conditions under the dictator Sani Abacha in Nigeria. He joined the first parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in North America on Roosevelt Island, and soon became the pastor of a newly formed branch of the church in a Bronx storefront.[2]
He seeks to spread the Redeemed Christian church vigorously so that in every household there will be at least one member of Redeemed Christian Church of God in the whole world. [4]
