Daniel Spencer Hipp is an American comic book author and illustrator.

Biography

In 2004 Dan Hipp caught the attention of Image Comics Publisher Erik Larsen and then Executive Director Eric Stephenson who picked up his and Mark Andrew Smith's first comic book series titled the Amazing Joy Buzzards.^[1]

In 2007 Dan Hipp wrote and drew his three volume creator owned series from Tokyopop titled Gyakushu!. Gyakushu has been reprinted into Italian by publisher Renior Comics.
