University of Dammam

University of Dammam is a university in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Abdullah Al-Rubaish is its President. It was a previously a part of King Faisal University (now in al-hasa only).

The main campus is in the coastal area of Al-Rakah (situated between dammam and khobar). Several colleges are scattered around the eastern province (college of medicine in the main campus)

Founded: as King Faisal University-Dammam Campus 1975 It started with two colleges; 1. College of Medicine 2. College of Architecture and Planning

Then other colleges were established; 3. College of Applied medical sciences 1995 4. College of Dentistry 2003 5. College of Applied Studies and Community Services 2003 6. College of Nursing

In 2009, the Campus was separated and the University of Dammam was found Other colleges out the campus were included in the university
