Dakos or ntakos (Greek: ντάκος), also known as koukouvagia (κουκουβάγια, "owl") is a Cretan meze consisting of a slice of soaked dried bread or barley rusk (paximadi) topped with chopped tomatoes and crumbled feta or mizithra cheese.
