DMZ Korean International Documentary Film Festival

DMZ Korean International Documentary Film Festival (also known as "DMZ Docs") is a film festival held in Paju, South Korea.

The festival began in 2009 when the White Goose Award for best documentary was awarded to Defamation, directed by Yoav Shamir.[1] Since then films screened both in and out of competition have included Czech Peace by the Czech directors Vit Klusak and Filip Remunda; After the Apocalypse by British director Antony Butts; and Marx Reloaded by Jason Barker.

The festival, which is held in Paju less than twenty kilometers from the Korean Demilitarized Zone, showcases films dealing with "peace, coexistence and reconciliation".[2]
