D. Shantha (full name and birthdate unknown) was a Sri Lankan cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and left-arm bowler who played for Moratuwa Sports Club.

Shantha made a single first-class appearance for the side, during the 1995-96 season, against Bloomfield Cricket and Athletic Club. From the tailend, he scored 2 runs in the first innings in which he batted and 15 runs in the second.

Shantha bowled 13 overs in the match, conceding 52 runs.
