    B) She moved into public accounting in 1994 with Pearce, Beville, Leesburg & Moore, PC,
           a large regional accounting firm.
    C) She is licenced as a CPA in Wyoming and Alabama.
    D) She served a business partner with her husband, Charles, in the development and operations of
           two successful businesses.
    E) Cynthia's accounting career has included auditing
           experience in communications, oil and gas, public sectors and banking.

• 4) Community Service

    A) Cynthia has served as a board member of the Park County Republican Women.
    B) She has served as treasurer of the Cody Rotary Club.
    C) She is the current chairman of the Buffalo Bill Art Show and Sale.
    D) She has also volunteered extensively in the public school system in Cody.

• 5) Vision for the office

    Cynthia's webpage states that she has a vision to increase the transparency of the office by developing
    the State Auditor's website to be more user friendly. She also wants to enable citizens in knowing where the State is
    spending their tax dollars.
