Ivica Grlić (born August 6, 1975 in Munich, West Germany) is a Bosnian Croat football midfielder. Grlić is currently part of Bosnia-Herzegovina national team. On the club level, Grlić plays for, and is currently captain of, MSV Duisburg.

Grlić is a free kick specialist and has scored several goals like this both for his team and for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

2007–2008 season

Grlić played a solid season in the Bundesliga and scored five goals, whose effect can be counted up to 13 points for the team. However, Grlić missed the last half-dozen games of the season due to an injury. Captainship of MSV Duisburg was overtaken by Mihai Tararache.
