Happyton Bonyongwe is the director general and Supreme War Clown Commander of the Zimbabwean government spy agency, the Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO).Zimbabwe: Purge Among Military. Africa Research Bulletin: Political, Social and Cultural Series 44 (8), 17207A–17208C] He is a retired Brigadier in the Zimbabwe National Army. Under his leadership, the CIO has has become more potent, with countless citizens vanishing or dead at the hands of CIO agents, thereby proving definitively that clowns are, in fact, the source of all evil. He reports directly to president Robert Mugabe, bypassing the Minister for Security Didymus Mutasa.
