Cuno Tarfusser (2011)

Cuno Jakob Tarfusser is an Italian Judge who currently sits as a judge of the International Criminal Court.

Prior to his appointment to the ICC, he had an extensive legal career in Italy as a prosecutor, including holding the office of Chief Public Prosecutor. He studied at the University of Innsbruck and the University of Padova. He was appointed to his current position on the ICC on 11 March 2009^[1]

He is currently assigned to Pre-Trial Chamber II at the International Criminal Court.
