Crispin Cider is based in Minneapolis, MN and produces hard ciders in Colfax, CA and England. Crispin makes several varieties of hard cider including: Original, Brut, and Light, which come in blue packaging and are sold in four packs. Additionally, their Artisanal line includes Honey Crisp Cider (made with Organic Honey), The Saint (made with Belgian Trappist Yeast and Organic Maple Syrup), and Lansdowne (made with Irish Stout Yeast and Organic Molasses). In early 2011, Crispin began importing a Dry English Cider called Browns Lane from England. Browns Lane was named after the original Jaguar factory in Coventry, England.

• Original: Classic styled hard apple cider (blue label,12 ounce bottle)
• Light: America's first light hard apple cider (blue label, 12 ounce bottle)
• Brut: European-style, extra dry, hard apple cider (blue label, 12 ounce bottle)
• Browns Lane: Imported English dry hard cider (green and gold label, 16.9 ounce can)

• Honey Crisp: Unfiltered Cloudy hard cider made with organic honey (yellow label, 22 ounce bottle)
• The Saint: Unfiltered Cloudy hard cider made with Belgian Trappist Yeast and Organic Maple Syrup (red label, 22 ounce bottle)
• Lansdowne: Unfiltered Cloudy hard cider made with Irish Stout Yeast and Organic Molasses (black label, 22 ounce bottle)
• Cho-Tokkyu: Unfiltered Cloudy hard cider made with Sake Yeast and Organic Rice Syrup (white label, 22 ounce bottle)

• The Jacket: Blended cloudy hard cider, Tennessee Whiskey cask aged
• Bonnie & Clyde: Unfiltered cider from heirloom Apple Wine aged in Chardonnay Oak Barrels
• Br'er Rabbit: Unfiltered cider with rhubarb and elderberry. Aged in Merlot Barrels
• Four Musketeers: Aged in Merlot (Aramis), Zinfandel (Porthos), Pinot Noir (D'artagnan), and Cabernet Sauvignon (Athos) Barrles

Production Methods

Sourcing apples from Washington and Oregon, Crispin uses apple juice, and does not have added malt, spirit, or grape alcohols^[1]. It is free of preservatives and gluten free^[2]. Their English Cider, Browns Lane, is made with traditional English bittersweet cider apples that are sourced in the Malvern Hills of Worcestershire. Browns Lane is also gluten free.
