The Count of Harmel is a member of the hereditary nobility of Belgium.

- Pierre Charles José Marie Harmel, Count Harmel (16 March 1911 – 15 November 2009) was a Belgian lawyer, politician and diplomat, who served eight months as Prime Minister of Belgium. As Foreign Minister, he created NATO's so-called "Harmel Doctrine" that advocated a strong defense combined with good diplomatic relations with the countries of the Warsaw Pact. King Baudouin of Belgium made Harmel an hereditary Count in 1991.
