Cotton School

Cotton School is a school of the ISD 2142 District in Northern Minnesota. It is located in Cotton, Minnesota. The school opened in 1922, and will close in June 2011.

Building

The building opened in 1922. Several expansions have been put on. The school contains 2 gyms, a cafetira, many classrooms, a music room, a large library and a newly constructed playground.

Closing

The ISD 2142 bond referendum instated in early 2010, has Cotton set to close down due to low attendance. The school will close down for the 2011-2012 school year.
