Corporate structure

The United States Corporate structure consist of varies department that contribute to the companies overall mission and goals. The Marketing Department is consider by some business professional as the most important entity in the US corporate structure. Without this department, sales or new customer can not be realized. Finance Department is second as it require capital to run an organization. The other departments consist of the Accounting Department, Human Resource Department, IT Department and the Operational Aspect of that particular company. This main 6 corporate structures represent the major departments within a publicly traded companies.
