Jasminka Domaš was born in
Banja Luka , 1948. She is a member of theCroatia n writers society, and of Croatian PEN. Her books are translated in Italian, English, Slovenian and German. She currently resides and works inZagreb, Croatia . Novel “Family” was jointly published by Jewish Cultural Society “Miroslav Shalom Freiberger” and “Novi Liber” from Zagreb in 1986. Croatian Culture center fromEisenstadt , Austria, with support of the Federal Chancellery (Bundeskanzleramt ) ofAustria and State Government (Landesregierung )of Burgenland, published the German and English edition in 2002.In the novel, Jasminka Domaš explores the history and the present of the
