It covers studies of international relations, international trade and finance, human rights, diplomacy, culture, public health and technology, geopolitics, and development and was established in 2007.[1] The CIAR "seeks to provide a nonpartisan society and forum dedicated to the study of international relations in an increasingly globalized world."[2]
Executive board
The CIAR has an executive board that oversees the immediate administrative and executive operations of the journal. The board is composed of a president and editor-in-chief, executive vice president, managing editor, vice president of finance, vice president of publication, vice president of public relations, vice president of global networking, and a secretary. Many of these positions preside over departments in the organization; current departments include an editing staff, finance staff, publications staff, and global networking staff. There is also an associate staff, who hold the positions of Cornell-submission editor, abroad-submission editor, layout editor, and webmaster.[3]
