Cook Rock

Cook Rock

Cook Rock (57°4′S 26°45′W / 57.067°S 26.75°W / -57.067; -26.75) is an arched rock, 45 m high, lying close east of Trousers Rock and 0.3 nautical miles (0.6 km) northeast of Vindication Island in the South Sandwich Islands. Charted in 1930 by DI personnel on the Discovery II and named for Captain James Cook.
