Connecticut Ska is the self-released 1993 demo tape by Spring Heeled Jack. It was recorded at Edge Studios in Fairfield, Connecticut and features the lineup of Michael Pellegrino, Ron Ragona, Rick Omonte, Dave Karcich, Chris Rhodes, James Riley and Pat Gingras. This is the only release to feature Riley and Gingras, who would both leave soon after its release.
