Plot
The US - customs (with officer Alex Brooks) uncovers a plot of Russian arms dealers who planned to smuggle dangerous nerve gas. In order to avoid publicity, the boss of the little customs station in Alaska decides that the dangerous barrels should send to a safety compound with a regular train. Meanwhile, the responsible for the whole coup, the Russian top-terrorist Simeonov should be delivered via plane to Washington. But his bunch is alreade prepared for a hazardous rescue operation and he gets off the plane. Alex Brooks and the Russian agent Natalya are the only survivors of the initiated plane crash and have to get Simeonov and the by his men hijacked train under control again.
