Common koel

The common koels are three species of cuckoos. They have commonly been considered conspecific under the scientific name Eudynamys scolopaceus, but are increasingly treated as separate species:

• Asian Koel, Eudynamys scolopaceus.
• Black-billed Koel, Eudynamys melanorhynchus.
• Pacific Koel, Eudynamys orientalis.
