College Park Mall

College Park Mall

College Park Mall is an enclosed regional mall in Corsicana, Texas, about fifty miles south of Dallas, adjacent to Navarro College. It was built in 1983, and at one point had as tenants a JCPenney and a Wal-Mart, however the former closed and the latter moved down the street. Today the mall, whose anchors are Burke’s, Bealls and, until recently, Goody’s, is in danger of turning into a dead mall.[1]
