Clive Isenberg

Clive Isenberg (born 1952) is an Australian businessman. He founded Scottish Pacific Business Finance, Australia's largest trade-finance/invoice-discounting company (7th largest private company (1997–2000)), as well as pioneering the concept of factoring within the Australian market. In 2000 he sold Scottish Pacific Business Finance to St. George Bank , where he then assumed the position of General Manager of St.George Bank Business Customer Division.

Mr Isenberg has extensive experience in financial services and for many years was a director of Bank of Scotland subsidiaries in Australia including Capital Finance Ltd, BOS International Ltd and the holding company of Bank of Western Australia.

Mr Isenberg was also Chairman of Factors Chain International, a global network of leading factoring companies whose common aim is to facilitate international trade through factoring and related financial services. Several of the world's largest banking corporations are amongst the members. Mr Isenberg is currently Managing Director of Octet Finance Pty Ltd, a company providing Supply Chain Finance and Working Capital Finance solutions in the Australian and international markets.^[1] He also serves as a Director of National Hire Group, which in turn has a 46% interest in Coates Hire, the leading Australian general equipment hire company.^[2][3][4][5]
