Clinical and Translational Science is a peer-reviewed medical journal published six times per year by Wiley-Blackwell. It is an official journal of the Society for Clinical and Translational Science and the Association for Patient Oriented Research. The journal was established in 2008 and is edited by Arthur M. Feldman.

The journal is abstracted and indexed in MEDLINE and Science Citation Index. According to the Journal Citation Reports, its 2009 impact factor is 1.132.
